Bodywork

Hands-on support is an integral part of this practice, addressing comfort, alignment, and nervous system regulation during the childbearing year. Gentle bodywork is incorporated throughout prenatal care and postpartum visits as appropriate, supporting the body’s natural adaptation to pregnancy, labor, and recovery.

For newborns, simple hands-on support may be offered during scheduled visits when helpful, particularly in cases of feeding challenges, tension, or difficulty settling.
